TinyML In-Person Workshop in Switzerland on June 29, 2023

TinyML is a global community that seeks to expand through engaging and dynamic events. The upcoming event will be conducted by Synthara AG at ETH Zurich on Thursday, June 29th, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Location: ETF K.63, Gloriastrasse 35, Zürich

Event Description:
During the event you’ll have the chance to explore Synthara’s in memory computing technology firsthand through interactive hardware simulation tools. For more information about these technologies, please look here and here.

The workshop kicks off with a brief introductory presentation, followed by an exciting hands-on experience with various Jupyter Notebooks at multiple stations. To ensure an optimal learning environment, we have limited the number of participants. To attend, please fulfill the following requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python programming is essential.
  • Solid understanding of neural networks is necessary.
  • Bring a laptop and charger

A short introduction will be presented by Anup Kini. Anup Kini is a lead engineer at Synthara. Anup holds a Master of Science in Communication Electronics from the Linköping University. He has more than 9 years of experience in RTL and FPGA design and implementation.

While not mandatory, the following additional skills are highly beneficial:

  • Familiarity with computer architecture and embedded programming.
