Hello,
Just wondering what information we need to include in the proposal (eg. background, proposed methodology, cost/power est. ). How many pages are you expecting the proposal to be (eg. 1-2 page short document)?
Furthermore, we were wondering if the project is allowed to deviate from the proposal as the project moves forward.

Hi Ziwen,
I would encourage you to include as much information as possible in the proposal, while keeping the proposal 1/2 pages maximum. And in regards to deviating from the proposal, we completely understand that it is possible that the final submission will slightly deviate from the initial proposal and will take that into account when evaluating your project.
